Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

$4.90 flat rate for US Customers under $40. Orders over $40 ship free via USPS Priority Mail. Our default carrier option is USPS Priority Mail - which takes 3-5 business days to arrive (on average).

Packages usually arrive 5-10 business days after an order iplaced. USPS Priority Mail generally take 3-5 business days to arrive, but travel times have been longer of late due to demand increase and COVID-19-related issues.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays:

Orders placed before Monday at 10 am CST will be shipped on Tuesday

Orders placed before Thursday at 10 am CST will be shipped on Friday

International Shipping

We offer International shipping via UPS and USPS. Ship costs can be found at checkout, and it is automatically priced by our selected couriers. However, we have no control over the prices, so apologies if you see unreasonable rates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Her Career Doctor is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hercareerdoctor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
